Rob Childs

President & CEO

Rob has been in the landscaping industry for over 40 years. His first experience with landscaping started at 15 yrs old when he began working summers during high school.

During his 4 years of college, he continued to work as a crew foreman and project manager. Rob graduated from college in 1974 earning a degree in Behavioral Sciences and a minor

in Business Management, he declined an offer to become assistant Operations Manager, knowing he could do much better starting his own landscaping company. Rob moved to

Annapolis, Maryland in September of 1974, founding Robert W. Childs Landscape Contractors, Inc with only $15,000.00 working capital.

Rob enjoyed owning the company from 1974 to 1997. During that period of time, the company grew to be a highly respected and award winning landscape company serving the

metropolitan areas of Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington D.C. During the summer of 1997, Rob was approached by two of his key employees and a group of outside investors to

by the growing $7.5 million dollar company. In October of 1997, he sold the company and decided to reside in New Hampshire with his family. After taking a year off to relax and

enjoy his family, Rob and his wife Gail started Outside Unlimited.

As President and CEO of Outside Unlimited, Rob continues to direct the day to day field operations along with his management team. Outside Unlimited has grown to be a mid-sized

company for commercial landscaping maiantenance, snow management and large commercial landscape construction installations. Currently, he resides in NH with his wife Gail and

his family.

Don Fisher

Landscape Maintenance & Snow Mgmt Div Mgr

Don is a proven leader with a solid understanding of Operations and Customer Service. He gained his industry experience managing high-end residential properties in the metro west

area of Massachusetts and corporate centers in Boston.

Don leads a team of dedicated account managers as well as talented field operations personnel that deliver excellent

service and complete customer satisfaction. His passion for customer service, quality and detail are the hallmarks of the

landscape maintenance and snow management divisions.

Don has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and currently resides in New Hampshire.

Annlyn Chaplin

Accountant & Office Manager

Annlyn is an Accountant with over 21 yrs of accounting and finance experience. She comes to Outside Unlimited with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Business

Economics. Annlyn has spent the last 21 yrs managing accounting teams for construction companies, civil engineers, waste management companies, auto and manufacturing

industries leaders. She brings to the company her experience in Office Management, Accounting Managament, Payroll and HR Administration. She presently leads our accounting

and payroll departments.

She currently resides in NH with her husband Scott.
